UTP Cable Tester
I need to test some UTP cable. Can someone recommend a quality tester for routine use? Something less than $100.

Depends if you want to cut and re-crimp it. If you're just going to test whether they work or not, get your hands on an extender and plug a known good cable into one end and connect the other to a laptop / PC with your questionable cable.
