Using K2000 to assign ip address based on MAC
So there is Postinstall Task to assign a computer name based on MAC address so I am wondering if there is a way to assign an IP address to the network card either based on the MAC address or the computer name?

Create static dhcp entry tables. Then you have one place to manage all units. That is how we mange the entire Admin and Academic environment. The only place we use dynamic DHCP is on the public wireless.
