Anil, your post is in the wrong forum. This forum is concerned with actual errors returned by the Windows Installer engine. You should have posted in 'Package Development'.
I suggest that you need to do some reading or, better yet, book yourself on a Windows Installer course.
There is a limited set of properties available to Deferred CAs. If you need to pass a property to a CA, you need to use the special CustomActionDaa property. Use AppDeploy's 'Search' facility to search for 'CustomActionData'.
