Hello, I called Quest last week and they told me they do not offer customizable satisfaction survey questions. So the only way to do it would be to use a 3rd party site. Does anyone have any experience with this? I understand that we would customize the satisfaction survey link to the 3rd party site, but I really don't want to have to have the user input their ticket number or name manually for the satisfaction survey.

We use a separate survey form that was developed in house and we don't track the ticket ID and username automatically. If that is a requirement then I suggest that you find a 3rd party site that accepts URL parameters of some sort so that you can auto populate fields.
