I tried to do a search on the comparison of user roles. Is there a list somewhere that has what each role can/cannot do? Have a new desktop support tech that will need to view all devices and not just stuff in his User Console. Tech Admin vs Read Only Admin I guess is what I am specifically looking for. Thanks.

My crystal ball tells me you are asking this in reference to the SMA.

If you have orgs this is settable per org.

go to settings - roles and open one in the right pane and it will tell what access is given per role and let you create new ones or modify existing ones
