User Portal - Single Sign-on?
Is there anyway to utilise NTLM and single sign-on when users open the HelpDesk Portal?

You can integrate Kbox with our LDAP / AD to use the same Login/Password . However i have seen no way to enable NTLM single sign-on on Kbox user Protal
