KACE Product Support

Hello,

I have created 5 user last week. 

They all need to have the same Role, the same Default Queue and the same Associated Label.

Somehow for one user, I can not assign the label, because it is not in the list to pick from. It is simply missing in the list. 

I click on the user -> Click "Manage Associated Labels" -> In that list is the label not listed, but only for this user. 

How can I resolve this? Can I go to the label and add a user? Or do I have to do it from the user? I mean it doesn't show up.
