urgent-Windows has blocked this software-windows7
When I tried to open the webpage in Windows 7 , I m getting error message as below.
Internet Explorer-Security Warning
Windows has blocked this software because it can't verify the publisher.
Name: SoluDynecomponents.CAB
Publisher: Unknown publisher
I tried unchecking/checking the options in Internet options but still I am getting the same message.
Plz suggest

It would be helpful if you could list the Internet options you have altered when trying to get this to work.
Also, are you using the 64-bit or 32-bit version of Internet Explorer ?

I have seen this before with other websites when not logged in with an admin account.
