Uploaded package does not appear in appliance

I have to access an old image so I have manually uploaded the .pkg and the.xml files to the restore directory.  Now what?  It is not showing up in the system images on the appliance.  Not sure how to access it now that I've uploaded it.

You need to go to Settings > Package Management > Import Packages 


And then you should see it
