Upgraded to version 6.3.113399 on K1000 box and get odd error message in the Service Desk

Anyone know why we are getting this message highlighted in red pops up above the work request list view:

There was an error with retrieving the data for this page.

Please refresh this page.  If the error persists, try resetting the default page layout

Any help will be appreciated.
