With the change from v5 to v6 the layout of the ticket changes quite significantly. You now have two columns to use, in the configuration area these still go in a single list order eg

Field 1
Field 2 
Field 3
Field 4

But in the ticket they display as

Field 1       Field 2
Field 3       Field 4

So you will need to work out how to arrange to meet that which you need. You can, of course, still insert blanks by deleting the title of any custom field and making the field read only. So if you still want a single list, every other field will need to be blank. But then with version 6 you can also add in as many additional custom fields as you like.

When upgrading to v6.2 or 6.3 you will also find that the top section of the ticket containing the title, comments, attachments etc will be in an area that you will be unable to add fields to, just so you are aware.
