Upgrade SAV 10.1.x to 10.2.x

I'm using Symantec AntiVirus Corporate 10.1.x and have to upgrade it to 10.2.x.

I searched from symantec web but not found patch to upgrade 10.1 to 10.2.

Are there any patches to upgrade version from 10.1 to 10.2?
or i have to prepare a package of full install 10.2?

Thanks a lot [:)]

its not as bad as it seems, symantec are relatively good at packaging. they prepare there apps for smart upgrade, so where components are shared across apps they will only remove / replace the bits not required . It will not do a full installation.

i dunno how the deployment tool will see this if your trying to reduce traffic

Thanks

Do you mean that
1. No patch to upgrade from 10.1 to 10.2?
2. 10.2 full msi package can upgrade the 10.1 automatically?

Also,

Symantec System Center has a built-in deployment feature; under Tools > ClientRemote Install

You can push out new versions of clients (via computer name or IP address)

Just be sure to test on a few test boxes before pushing out firm-wide; you can alter the VPREMOTE.DAT file to suit your deployment needs...

I just posted some more detail on MSI upgrades in another topic today have a read of my other posts for the day as its a little more comprehensive.
