Upgrade or new installation Ghost 8?

[font="Trebuchet MS"]We still use Ghost Enterprise version 6.5 and i want to upgrade it to version 8.

My guts tells me..uninstall and install the latest version is the best way to go.

Does anyone have experience with this upgrade?
what about the clients? upgrade also?
