Upgrade KACE SMA Agent from 11.0.273 to 11.1.263 to v12.0

Hi guys,

Sorry guys but I have an emergency upgrade to upgrade KACE SMA from 11.0.273 to 11.1.263. 

I have looked online and cannot find a guide or best practices or any things to look out for.

Has anyone done this upgrade before and did anyone have any issues?

The agents will automatically update on check-in when you have configured the Agent Updates in Settings › Provisioning › Update Agent Settings

When on that page, click the "need help" tab for documentation.

Thanks for your reply that is good to know. I was just worried more about the SMA version upgrade.

We have our SMA on a VM, so I always get a snapshot of the current install, then run the upgrade from the admin console. I've had no issues with this method, it works well. We just did the upgrade you are considering recently and it went very smoothly.
