Update Profile Error

I've just tried to update a Citrix XenApp profile I'm working on and get the following .Net error when I try to save it:

System.ArgumentNullException: Value cannot be null.
Parameter name: key

Has anyone one an idea what's coursing this error? This profile was created with version 5.2 for the Cirtix Streaming Profiler.
