update BDE administrator config

Hello,
I have created a package with a BDE included. The package works great, but when i'm installing another package also with a BDE in it, it overwrites the IDAPI32.CFG file and then the first package doesn't work anymore.
Is there a possiblilty to UPDATE the IDAPI32.CFG file instead of overwriting it.
Or to update the BDE Admin config settings
A default installation from cd also updates it instead of overwriting.

You could create a Wisescript and use the command Insert Line into text file. Then you could use that to pipe your additional info into the file.
