Unlinking a Group Policy

If I unlink a group policy and computer object refreshes, will all the changes made by Group Policy be undone. For example if I unlink WSUS group policy, will the rgeisty changes made by WSUS group policy revert back to how they were. Thanks.

Correct. There are exceptions, though. If you use custom adm templates, you will most likely be tatoo'ing registry. Changes to registry keys not containing "Policy" are considered preferences, and will persist after objects fall out of the scope of GPO.
Permissions (NTFS & registry) will also persist...
