but silent uninstallation is not happening. Kindly do let me know wht has to be added in order to make it as silent uninstall.

have you tried launching that setup.exe with a /? to see what options it may give you...
some good ones to try are:
-s
-silent
-sms
-quiet

You will have to record a setup.iss to make the silent uninstal happen. -s -f1setup.iss
