Unhiding registry keys

Hello.
We are working in package development of Pinnacle TV Card software.
Installation process generate some hide keys on HKLM\Software\Microsoft\Classes\CLSID. Our packaging tool ( Unicenter Software Management Packager ) is not able to read this keys and the package cannot be generated.
Some known workaround?
