Underlining or Bold on service desk

Hey all,

I was wondering if anyone knows if there is the ability to bold or underline fields in Service Desk?  I think that it isn't possible, but I would be pleasantly surprised if it was.

  • Unfortunately there isn't a way today via the GUI
  • That is what I figured. I was hoping that would not be the case.I am hoping the next release will have some major GUI improvements to the service desk interface. I am starting to get some complaints about the looks of it, plus the ability to get dynamic forms.
    • You can put in a feature request or vote one up if it has already been suggested. You can also change the "status" drop down to see what has been started. Great place to see what maybe coming to the KBOX.
