Unable to view attachments in the KACE Applicance

Can you please assist with viewing an attachment in the KACE appliance?  I setup an existing employee with a new computer, however when the user attempts to view an attachment that she receives in her ticket a message pops up not allowing her to view the attachement.

    Is this true on IE, Chrome & mozilla?
