Unable to upgrade to 6.3

Hi,

I am unable to upgrade the appliance from 6.2.109330 to 6.3 . Error message "The connection was reset " during manual upgrade. K1000 server will just stop until unpacking update files. Port  80 and 443 is open also. 

Did anyone also experience this problem?

I was able to upgrade my server to 6.3 but am unable to upgrade my client package to 6.3
