Unable to uninstall through shortcut
Hi,
I'm trying to package Jasc Paint Shop Pro. After installing the MSI the shortcut for uninstalling the application doesn't work. It pops up a menu which that the application has to be installed first for uninstalling it. Whereas the other shortcuts works fine and lauches the application.
It would be very helpful if anyone could suggest some solution.

Sounds like your "uninstall" shortcut came from the original installation or did you manual add such shortcut?
If not then the "uninstall" shortcut is certainly from the original installation and should not be included in the "new" package.
Try using "Add or Remove Programs" within the Control Panel instead.

Thanks for the feedback. The application can be removed from Add/Remove Programs
