Unable to play audio/video file
I've sequenced Quicktime player application. But unable to play .mov or .3gp files. I can hear only the sound but not visible.

Assuming a manual install of the application on the same (type of) machine does play the content correctly, install your package and the original source on 2 machines and use a compare tool like Beyond Compare or kdiff to see if there are any differences on a file or registry level. If that does not pan out compare a Process Monitor capture of the two, and see if there's any difference in behaviour.

I've had this issue when running on a VMWare test machine. Guess it had something to do with graphic card/drivers.
Worked like a charm on a physical machine though.

That's actually what I meant saying 'assuming the manual install works on the same machine'
I had the exact same thing happen recently when packaging VLC player.
Rating comments in this legacy AppDeploy message board thread won't reorder them,so that the conversation will remain readable.
