Unable to locate the "Ticket Run Log"

I have a Virtual K1000 running version 6.4.120756, I created a new ticket rule to notify a distribution group when a new ticket is entered, I have set this up in my Dev environment however which is completely isolated with SMTP turned off and also removed from our F5. I read in an IT Ninja article that you can check ticket run log to see if it generated the e-mail. Anyone know where this is located?
