unable to delete source media
I accidentally closed the Media Manager while it was uploading a new source media. Now I cannot delete the source media on the K2000 with the following message
"Cannot delete Source Media while it is being uploaded or in use by a background process"

You will need to call in to support, ask for an L3 to get a tether on your box.
