Unable to access K1000 on network.

We had to shutdown our K1000 for UPS maintenance. Once we booted the unit back up we are no longer able to access it via web browser or pinging the unit. We've tried changing the device IP, changed switch ports, changed network cables all with no luck. Can anyone help us figure out what is going on?

  • Contact Support, I bet some messages re on the console? OR if it's a physical, you are using the wrong Ethernet Port - Channeler 3 years ago
