When you say remote file locations - are you talking about UNC paths or mapped network drives?
If UNC, does mapping a drive help with the problem?

If the vendor install has the same issue (ruling out an issue with your package), then it's going to be something with the software itself.

There appears to be some odd syntax required for using a repository on a network directory - see here - and the recommendation that you don't do it.

Hope that helps,

  • Thanks for reply !!
Its UNC path but after mapping it opens context menu faster but all context menu options are not coming
  • Please suggest, thanks in advance
    • If it peforms the same from a vendor install (outside of your package) then it's going to be one for the vendor I'm afraid.
