Ticket View

I setup a Custom Ticket View so I can see ALL tickets that are Open and who they are assigned to but every time I logon I need to select the Custom View from the "View By" block. Is there any way to set a Default view that will always be the first to show up?

Thanks.
R. Jobe

To the best of my knowledge there isn't . The default view is your tickets plus unassigned.

As long as you are using the adminui web address it can be made into a Favorite. Use that to log in instead of the default page and you will see the desired view. In other words log into your server at http://k1000/adminui instead of just http://k1000/admin, then navigate to the custom view desired and create a bookmark.

FTW.

I never use the kbox/admin login in. It is WAY to limiting.

That's a round about way to do things but it works.
Rating comments in this legacy AppDeploy message board thread won't reorder them,
