Ticket Rule - Team Assignment / Group Email

Hello - New to KACE and just going up with Helpdesk - We have a custom field called "Team Assignment" with 7 values listed. We would like for an email to go to a certain address for each team when a new ticket is created for that team.  Any assistance with the rule for this would be greatly apprciated.  Thanks!

I believe this may require a ticket rule for each specific email address.  I have something similar setup for approval, where an email is sent to the appropriate person based on field values. 

This isn't a direct answer to your question, but if you look at this post and search for "Approver - CEO", it will take you to this ticket rule's setup.  Hopefully you can just tweak a few things to get it to do what you want.
