Does anybody know if there is a way to archive tickets on close rather than anything that's a week old or more?

Could this be done with a custom ticket rule?

The process of archiving is something that is coded into the KACE box, and as such relies on routine written, specifically to copy data from a live queue to an archive queue. From what I can see from the database backend this is not possible with a ticket rule
