Apologies if this has already been answered.

I was hoping to find a ticket age field (or Value). It must be calculated for the SLA rules.

My users are wanting to display it in a view so they can go to the oldest ticket first.

We just sort by creation date. The oldest ticket will always be the oldest ticket, regardless of SLA rules. Of course, the "oldest ticket" could possibly not be the ticket which has been open the longest, but that would require SLA rules that stall some tickets longer than others.
