The KACE Service Desk category pick list partially loads and says "loading more results..." as you scroll down. Can I turn this off?
The KACE Service Desk Category pick lists partially loads and says "loading more results..." as you scroll down. Can I turn this off and have the pick lists fully load? There are not so many selections that this would be an issue and the "Loading.." is a bad user experience.

This happens on any 'look up' field, such as users.. and no, I dont think you can modify this. I suspect it was done this way to increase performance in opening a ticket. However, you can start to type while is doing this and it will instantly do a search.
