The certificate is not valid

I want to generate my own certificate in the k1000 but it doesn't work.

The k1000 give an error message "The certificate files transferred or SSL key is not valid. Try again.".

My certificate is good so I don't know why it send to me a message like this.

That's someon have an idea ? Or Who remain to this problem?

So you have already created or CSR from the KBOX? Are you using a Tier 1 SSL provider or your own internal CA to generate the cert?
