Teradata Upgrade Logic
Am trying to upgrade Teradata SQL Asisstant 7.2.0.4 to 7.2.0.10, but upgrade logic is not working.
Changed the Product Code, Upgrade code, package code, removed conditions for FindRelatedProducts but still upgrade logic is not working
Any ideas

When Windows Installer looks at the ProductVersion during an upgrade it only takes into consideration the first 3 sections of the version and pays no attention to the last section.
In this case it only see's 7.2.0 in both versions and ignores the .4 and .10
Try changing it to something like 7.2.01.10 and it should work for you.

Shouldn't you have left the Upgrade code as is?
