Hi...I am new to packaging. Is there any good help where I can Understand Tables in depth...espacially Directory Table, File Table

AngelID already gave you the Link to online documentation of windows Installer. This was also my first step to packaging. If you want to read the offline documentation you can download the Platform SDK. For documentation about Installer 3.1 Shema you can download the Windows XP p-sdk, for the newest 4.5 documentation I recommend the Windows 2003 p-sdk.
