Symphony Sirsidynix 3.2 Auto Launch

I have created an .iss file from the setup.exe which installs silently
but this is my problem during the vendor setup install just before the end the app launches and ask's for config information this was obviously captured in my .iss file
this there a way I can suppress this prompt in my .iss file
