Symantec Endpoint Protection 12.1.4 client deployment

Hi,

This is my first attempt to push software to the users machine using Kace. Currently I am testing on couple of machines.

Kace1000 info:

Currently Installed Server Version:

5.4.76849

I selected the following options

1) Managed Action : Execute anytime

2) Deploy window : Open Window = 0 and Close Window=24

It has been over two hours, the status is still not installed and it has not been pushed to the machine.

Am I doing something wrong? can you please point me to the right direction?

So obvious questions first, do you have a machine or labels selected in the MI? You'll need to specify which machines get the package. If so, has your target machine(s) checked in since your MI was created.

Check the ProgramData/Dell/Kace/Downloads folder and see if your package is landing on the PC, if not, check your log files on the device and see if there is an error somewhere. - Asevera 9 years ago
