Symantec Auto Protect (Disabled)

Hello Guys,

I was using AVG antivirus but decided to change to Symantec to avail of its Auto Protect feature. After I have installed it, the auto protect seemed to be disabled and I could not enable it despite of several attempts. The definition files are updated. Any ideas?
