SunOne Synch Package

I have to repackage the SunOne Sync exe into an msi so that it can synchronize iPlaned calendar with the calendar in Outlook 2003. The repackaged app can remember the translator details, but it simply fails to synchronize due to an unspecified error!!
Has anyone had to create a package for it? how else to synch automatically with Outlook?

I have changed a couple of hidden away properties in the msi tables and got it to work at last.
