suggestion on packaging QuarkXpress 6.1

Has anyone and sucsessfully packaged QuarkXpress 6.1? Issue I am running into while packaging is that application ask for two sets of s/n which are to be entered during the installation. One s/n is a very long Alpha-Numeric number and the 2nd is a smaller Alpha-Numeric number. I can not hard code the MSI package with the s/n, becuase once the app is installed; it needs to be activated via internet on application launch. Each activation of QuarkXpress app is dependent on the (2) serial numbers which were used to install the app. The activation is dependent on the unique s/n for each user.

My thought on creating a package is following. Create the MS package but somehow instruct the end user to input s/n 1 and then instruct for s/n 2 and use those for appropriate installation Windows. I have not done this, so looking for guidance on this. If anyone can offer a different suggestion, I am open to any ideas.

Thank you.

Hi all,

Does anyone else have experience of QuarkXPress 6.1?

This version comes as an MSI, but despite all my usual tactics, I cannot figure out how to pass the validation code to the install - either by passing property values on the command line or in a transform.
