@submitter not creating users via email but webform does create users.

when I send in a ticket via email that includes @submitter etc.. the user does not get created but if I send in via formstack the user does get created.

  • Not to revive old threads, but I just ran into a very similar problem. If the fields are not populating, check to see if there is ANY text prior to the variables (like @SUBMITTER). If there is anything before those codes, the fields will not populate. - ejunkie247 6 years ago
