SQL Server 2005 Express Edition

In the application “SQL Server 2005 Express Edition” when logged in as user, I am getting the below error when launching the shortcut “Reporting Service Configuration”

"An Unknown error has occured in th WMI Provider,Error code 8000000A"

Can u Please help me
