Some users can't sign in with LDAP KACE
I imported some users from Active Directory and all right, the DN base was: OU=example1.1.1,OU=example1.1,OU=example1,DC=domain,DC=com and the user can sign in correct but other users are in root folder, example: OU=example2,DC=domain,DC=com so those users can't sign in

Check what role the KACE box bought the accounts in as, it has a habit of reverting back to "No Access" if you are not on the ball setting up the import.
