Can anyone assist in a simple software report? Not familar with SQL.

I would like a software report that would show the following information...


Query-
Computer(s) with/without Software Name ex. Adobe Reader

Display-
Computer Name - Software Title - Software Version

I know this would be two reports but would just like to be able to run either way.
