Not quite. The clue's in the "name"!
'/qb' gives the 'basic' UI. For 'no' UI - i.e. completely silent - use '/qn'. Oh and only a fool would run an installation without logging so add the logging argument: '/l*v [path_to_and_name_of_a_log_file]'
