KACE Product Support Question

Software for managed installs are not downloading to target PC.

I've been testing out the k1000  for the last week or so. The k1000 is able to contact the target PC and displays the install and complete messages, however nothing happens. I checked the install directory and deselecting "delete downloaded..." there is nothing in there. This leads me to believe the software is never downloaded to the target PC. Any help as to why that is would be greatly appreciated.

  • Are you checking in c:\ProgramData\Dell\KACE\downloads?
    • Yes. There is a folder labeled with 4 numbers after the prompts come but no file in them.
  • Could you send a shot of your MI configuration?
  • How would I add it to itninja?
