Softgrid SMS snap in bugs?
Have recently been a "Softricity Certified Professional" and starded to use the SMS snap in quite hard, I have found theese issues/bugs?
1)
It seeme like if you have a package with more than one shortcut, you will recieve one SMS program per shortcut in "add remove programs" is this correct? I use ony SMS technique, no Steaming or auth.
Still looking for a solution - if possible

I´ve been struggling with file ass, if distribute a SG package with SMS, I'll get the file ass. that I specify, but they will NOT be removed during uninstall (still using SMS). If I after that go into SG Client Management, the file ass are still in the list, seems that the only solution is to remove it from here - bug??!!
Solution:
If having the sms package as e real SMS package"Access distribution folder througt common SMS package share" not via a shared folder, the uninstallation works - if running "AllApps_ID_Remove", during remove

I have not had a chance to use the SMS integration for Softgrid yet but please keep finding issues! I might be implementing that next year.

And finally the solution to complete remove the application from the cache this is a bug.
When the file Remove_xx.vbs is created the entry VersionNo is populated, in my case with 9.0 (s the package is WinZip 9.0) , but in the SG_Client is says 18.0.6224.0, the solution is to change the value in the .vbs file to match the one in the SG_Client.
Case Closed!!

That is documented by Softricity - in a pdf, maybe only for partners - check their website.
But I would not use this as MS most likele would not have this function in the future.
