Silent Uninstallation

Hi All,
I am facing a problem during uninstalling. There is a custom action in msi, provided by the vendor, which during the uninstallation retrieves back the license to the server, after that a msg box pops up with the info " The license is successfully returned to the license server".
How can i suppress this msgbox. As a result of this msgbox, the uninstallation is struck at this point and proceeding further when uninstalled through AD.

Thanks in Advance.

What kind of custom action is it?
What's the name of the application?
What does a verbose log give you for hints?

I'd guess that the CA in question is calling a function in a custom DLL, in which case you probably have no control over that message box's appearance. You need to find out how to replicate that function's behaviour, add it to your package and then comment-out the CA to prevent its execution. I imagine that the vendor will be able to tell you how to revoke the license, although experience tells me to suggest that you don't hold your breath waiting for a positive response.

had you try creating verbose log? once the message box appear (dont exit or close) go to the log and you can determine which CA is executing it. Then you may absent its sequence.
Rating comments in this legacy AppDeploy message board thread won't reorder them,
so that the conversation will remain readable.
