Silent Uninstall for Avaya Modular Messaging 5.2.9.2.484.9006

Hello All,

I am looking for Silent UninstallString for Avaya Modular Messaging 5.2.9.2.484.9006, which is not available in the registry nor there is a uninstall.exe available. When trying the help switch it's not really helping with silent uninstall. Any ideas or suggestions will be greatly appreciated.

what installer is Avaya Modular using?

Is it an MSI? If so:

msiexec.exe /x{GUID} /qn
or
msiexec.exe /x\\server\share\your.msi /qn

Or, from http://support.avaya.com/css/P8/documents/100069528

Setup.exe /x /S /v“/qn”
[left]Setup.exe - is the name of the Modular Messaging Outlook Client setup[/left]program.

First of all thanks for the reply jmaclaurin.

Secondly, it is Setup.exe, and in the registry the "Display Name" is "MM Client" and I was looking for "Avaya Modular Messaging", which I couldn't find. So I extracted the setup.exe and there it was, the setup.ini file which answered all my questions.

Once again thanks for the suggestions.
